Dog of Flanders movie based on the classic book about a young artist influenced by the famous painter, Paul Rubins. Study of Dutch art and animal cruelty to help introduce our
"PAWS for Reading Scholastic Book Fair". Students will be working on school wide service project for Humane Society.
After checking out books:
Students have time to select activities of their choice set up around the media center for example, reading on the couch or carpet area, big books, puzzles, magazines, Ipad usage, educational computer sites, Arts & craft activities to name a few.

Students have access to 30 Ipads or eight workstations during library time and many students access the VPA Destiny Home Page to use their time wisely, after checking out books for the week.
